Hello! I'm the manager of this team, and my primary role is to ensure that everything stays on track and runs smoothly. I step in to provide direction and coordination, especially when the team begins to go off-course or when the team captain is unavailable. I also take a hands-on approach in overseeing the finer details of our projects—reviewing progress, identifying areas for improvement, and determining what elements are working effectively and what might need to be revised. My goal is to keep the team aligned, motivated, and focused on delivering high-quality results.
